Please lets give the benefit of doubt to others stop jumping to the worse conclusion. We all learn out of our mistakes. Well done for caring for those little people.Hope you will give it a good life.Lovely pictures.If only more people could be like you.:

@Not Impressed
You probably won't read this but suffice to say you are very much in the wrong. Hedgehogs, especially African Pygmies like shown here ARE supposed to be bathed. Developing skin rashes? Interesting theory, you've clearly never owned one have you? Dry skin accumulates under the quills of a hog and increases the likelihood of bacteria forming, and then consuming, acting as a parasite and infecting the hog. Please learn some info before you judge others for actually caring for their animals.
Also, beautiful little critters

This is just plain cruel, did you not think that maybe these hedgehogs could develop skin rashes from using shampoo's or soaps
Actually, NOT bathing them would be cruel. They need to get clean, too. Hedgie owners aren't using just some generic soap/shampoo to bathe them - they are using the extra gentle cleansers that are free from dyes, scents, and all potential irritants.
